What does a broker cost me?

In most cases, nothing. We are paid a commission by the lender you settle with, and we disclose it in writing before you commit to anything. If a fee ever applies, you will know the exact figure up front.

How is this different from walking into a bank?

A bank can only offer its own products. We negotiate your position across a panel of 40+ lenders — including the private and non-bank lenders that suit complex income, trusts and portfolios — and the lenders compete for you.

I am self-employed / my income is complex. Is that a problem?
